About Us
The Company Your Design was formed over 10 years ago, drawing building plans for the same residential market as we do to date, but there is a difference now. We became "Bristol Ltd" in 2010, but more importantly we made some key decisions...
One thing we wanted was for everybody to visualise their project before construction and because we draw everything as a model in 3D, everybody can have visuals, no matter the size of the project and even better we don't charge any additional cost.
We also addressed the frequently asked question, how much?
So again we took this and decided once the price was agreed, it would become a fixed price with no additional costs regardless. We also developed a terms sheet explaining and simplifying the process for our clients, making the planning process less daunting. Our work load increased dramatically.

Clive
Our commanding chief has a wide knowledge and many years of experience across all of the construction sector. Having previously worked for major contractors, he invested his own time and money into the residential sector where he can work on much more of a personal level with clients
Your Design redesigned the ground floor of our home,opening out the cramped kitchen into a spacious area for dining and seating aswell. Clive also planned to extend our house to incorporate a garden room as well as closing off another wall to create a lounge that was more usable. Combined with Clive's idea of the raised decking we have a much more sociable home to cater for our changing circumstances as our family grow up.
